Ben Rollo and Sydney Jones at Block Three Brewing
Last night my partner (in crime) and I went out (shocked gasps) -- we saw some live music at Block Three Brewing. I'd seen Sydney Jones a few days prior when I went with a pal to see Oceanique, she opened for them at The Yeti; I knew her music would be up my partner's alley so we went to check out the show. I didn't know who Ben Rollo was when we rolled in, but he pretty much knocked our socks off too, so that was awesome.
The only complaint is how loud the space got when people were talking, the acoustics were immaculate for music though.
Anyway, if you like a folky vibe these guys might be your cup of tea. Check out a show if you can, or at least grab a CD.
